Order Issues
- If your flowers arrive damaged or wilted, please send us a photo within 24 hours and we will offer a replacement or refund.
- If your order is missing items or delivered to the wrong address, contact us immediately for resolution.
- Refunds are not available for orders with incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
- Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once they are being prepared or out for delivery.

Exceptions
- Custom arrangements and special orders may not be eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds are not available for orders left at the door if the recipient is unavailable.
